What is this Form Used For?
For any new users who need to have access to AP Assist, or for existing users who need to have their permissions changed or removed, please download and fill out the request form attached below. The form should be signed and dated by a user within your company who has an existing AP Assist account with the Manage Users permission.
Once this form has been filled out and signed, send it to techsupport@corpay.com. Once received, our Technical Support team will complete the additions or changes requested, and notify you once the account changes are completed.
Additional Reference
When a user is first granted access to AP Assist, they will be prompted to enter an activation code that is unique to your company. This activation code will be provided to you by Technical Support when notifying you that your request has been completed. After entering this activation code, new users will also be prompted to increase storage space for Microsoft Silverlight; they should click 'Yes' to accept this prompt.
